Myrtill Micheller belongs to the cream of female jazz singers in Hungary, but is also one of the most authentic interpreters of French chansons in this country. Her name is synonymous with both elegance and outstanding professionalism. At this concert, she is joined by the Danubia Orchestra Óbuda in a programme of well-known songs and chansons from the France of the last century, evoking the artistry of the favourite French performers of the age such as Yves Montand, Edith Piaf, Charles Aznavour..., Dalida, Joe Dassin and Michel Legrand. In 2017, the singer was invited as the special guest of the Macedonian Philharmonic Orchestra at its French evening in Skopje, and it is this show that provides the backbone of this evening's Paris Symphony.
