Programme change: due to injury, János Balázs replaces Alexander Gavrylyuk at Müpa Budapest

2020. January 09.

Please be informed that due to an unfortunate injury, the performance by Alexander Gavrylyuk scheduled for 14 January 2020 at Müpa Budapest is cancelled, and will be replaced – based on the choice of the vast majority of the audience – with a concert by pianist János Balázs.

Tickets purchased for the concert are automatically valid for the performance by János Balázs on 14 January 2020, or otherwise may be returned until 10 pm on 9 January (Thursday) at the point of purchase.
Those who booked tickets for the performance as pass-holders but opt not to attend the replacement concert on 14 January have the opportunity – as ensured by the event’s organiser – to attend selected concerts at the Liszt Ferenc Academy of Music or at Festetics Palace, provided that they communicate such intentions by 10 pm on 9 January to jakobikoncert@gmail.com.

Details of the replacement concerts offered to pass-holders, along with all other information regarding the change, are available on the organisers’ websites (azongora.hu and jakobikoncert.hu).

We apologise and thank you for your understanding.
