Experience winter at the Müpa Winter Open Air

2016. November 25.

Open-air cultural programmes, ice skating, mulled wine, special Christmas tree installation: these are just a few of the things awaiting visitors of the Müpa Winter Open Air from December.

The tent will feature children's programmes, popular music concerts, spectacular contemporary circus productions to entertain visitors, who will not only be able to see the productions, but also enjoy authentic winter pleasures, such as drinking mulled wine or ice skating to music broadcast by Müpa Radio.
The use of the ice rink (expected to open on 4 December) will be free of charge with a valid ticket to a Müpa Budapest performance. As another unique spectacle, a specially designed, close to 4-storey high Christmas tree, made up of wooden blocks and with a ground space of 20 m², will be erected in the vicinity of the Müpa Tent and the ice rink.

From 4 to 23 December, visitors can also once again play with the highly successful Müpa Melody Wheel in the Foyer, whose repertoire has now been expanded to include Christmas melodies.

Programmes at the Müpa Winter Open Air will end on 29 January.
