Müpa Budapest season tickets 2016/17
Unchanged values and wonderful new offers characterise the season tickets for the 2016/2017 season. As before, the diverse selection of season tickets is once again aligned to Müpa Budapest’s colourful programming and the audiences’ wide range of interests. The highly popular Orchestra Box season-ticket is again available to purchase, allowing ticket-holders to attend concerts by such globally renowned ensembles as the New York Philharmonic or the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra. Those opting for the Vocal Chords season-ticket will have the opportunity to attend the aria recital by an absolute superstar, Cecilia Bartoli, with a substantial discount. It would be impossible to list all the interesting and outstanding events of the season as the Soloists and Orchestras, the Musical Stage and the Early Music Festival season tickets, along with the other season tickets available, offer a multitude of diverse and new experiences.
Of course, the Artist and Ensemble of the Season season ticket always offers something new, this time around providing entry to two concerts by world-renowned young violinist Kristóf Barát and another two performances by the inimitable Szeged Contemporary Ballet Company.
As an important new feature, season tickets now provide greater discounts than ever before: compared to individually purchased tickets, prices are not 15 but 20 percent lower. Moreover, there are in fact three season tickets with even greater discount rates, as the Orchestra Box, the Ring of the Nibelung and the Rising Stars season tickets now offer 25 percent discounts.
